摘要
目的研究不同粘接剂对托槽脱落牙面再粘接新托槽的剪切强度的影响。方法正畸拔除人离体前磨牙60颗,随机分为A、B、C组,每组20颗。使用京津釉质粘合剂粘接前磨牙托槽,浸泡于生理盐水37℃恒温水浴24 h后加载剪切力使托槽脱落,再分别使用京津釉质粘合剂、GC Fuji ORTHO LC粘接剂、Transbond XT粘接剂粘接新托槽,生理盐水37℃恒温水浴24 h后加载剪切力使托槽脱落,记录托槽抗剪切强度,并记录托槽脱落后粘接剂残留指数。结果 3组间的抗剪切强度差异有显著性(P<0.05);3组间ARI指数差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论对于初次使用京津釉质粘合树脂粘接的托槽脱落,使用Transbond XT粘接剂再次粘接新托槽粘接强度最大。
Objective: To compare the effects of different adhesives on shear bond strength of orthodontic brackets with rebonded teeth.Methods: Sixty extracted human premolars were randomly divided into 3 groups(n=20).The premolar brackets were bonded with Jingjin enamel adhesive system.After being exposed to artificial saliva for 24h,the brackets were removed by shear bond strength.Then new brackets were bonded with Jingjin enamel adhesive system,GC Fuji ORTHO LC system and Transbond XT system.After being exposed to artificial saliva for 24h,the brackets were removed by shear bond strength.The largest shear bond strength was measured,and the adhensive remnant index was recorded.Results: There were significant differences between the four groups in both bond strength(P〈0.05) and the adhensive remnant index(P〈0.05).Conclusion: For the rebounded teeth bonded with Jingjin enamel adhesive system,Transbond XT system can offer the largest shear bond strength.
