摘要
利用Li-6400光合测定系统,对不同温度、湿度水平下沼泽小叶桦叶片光合速率的日变化规律进行了研究。结果表明:对照(20~30℃,RH 50%)和处理1(25~35℃,RH60%)条件下,沼泽小叶桦的光合速率均呈"单峰"型,适当的温度湿度提高可以促进沼泽小叶桦叶片的光合能力。高温高湿条件(30~40℃,RH70%)对沼泽小叶桦叶片光合速率有明显抑制作用,抑制作用是"气孔因素"与"非气孔因素"共同作用的结果。
By a Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system, the diurnal dynamics of the photosynthetic characteristics of Betula microphylla was investigated under different temperature and air humidity(RH) conditions. The results indicated that the photosynthesis of B. microphylla leaf treatet with 20~35 ℃, RH 50% and 25~30 ℃, RH 60%, showed a single-peak curve diurnal change, and the appropriate temperature and humidity can enhance photosynthesis of B. microphyllaleaf. But high temperature and humidity(30~40 ℃, RH 70%)condition can inhibit the speed of photosynthesis, which might be due to the non-stomatalfactors combined with stomatal closure.
