摘要
为调整产品结构,增强生产合金钢的能力,石横特殊钢厂将R6m达涅利链式引锭杆三机三流小方坯连铸机改造为R8m拉矫机两点矫直的连铸机,并将振动装置由凸轮杠杆式改为板簧式短臂四连杆振动机构,采用了二冷室活动导板和汽-水喷嘴冷却方式,改引锭杆存放形式为下藏式,从而适应了高效率生产高质量铸坯的要求。
