摘要
介绍了农林废弃物核桃壳资源化的必要性,阐述了核桃壳制备活性炭的方法与进展,综述了核桃壳活性炭在废水处理和废气治理中的应用,提出了核桃壳活性炭在制备和应用方面的展望。在核桃壳活性炭制备方面,根据目标吸附质特点,在活化剂选择、加热方式选择和活性炭改性方面加强;在核桃壳活性炭应用方面,可加强核桃壳活性炭在水污染和大气污染控制方面的应用,为农林废弃物资源化利用提供一条出路,同时可有效防止环境污染,具有巨大的环境和经济效益。
The necessity of agricultural wastes（walnut shells） utilization was illustrated in this work.A number of preparation methods of activated carbon from walnut shell and their progress were carried out.The application of walnut-shell activated carbon in environmental protection was reviewed detailed in two aspects,wastewater treatment and waste gas treatment.Moreover,some aspects of preparing walnut-shell activated carbon and its application（wastewater treatment and waste gas treatment） should be emphasized.As for walnut-shell activated carbon preparation,according to characteristic of selected adsorbate,selection of activating agent and heating method,and modification of walnut-shell activated carbon should be enhanced.As for application of walnut-shell activated carbon,it is necessary to use walnut-shell activated carbon in wastewater treatment and waste gas treatment.These corresponding efficient application methods were given to realize utilization of walnut shells,prevent environmental pollution,and then obtain considerable environmental and economic benefits.
