摘要
目的探讨丹参对正畸牙移动及其牙周组织中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子表达的影响。方法 45只兔随机分为A(20只)、B(20只)、C(5只)3组,A、B组分别进行相应的处理,C组做空白对照,试验后测量牙移动距离,取组织标本,制成牙周组织切片,分别进行H E染色组织学观察和免疫组织化学检测bFG F的表达。结果①A组3﹑7﹑14 d牙齿移动距离左右侧差异有显著性(P<0.05,0.01);随时间延长而增加,右侧更为明显。②A-R组﹑A-L组和B-R组bFG F表达增强,以A-R组最强,A-R组和B-R组表达高峰在第3天,A-L组在第7天。bFG F在成纤维细胞、血管内皮细胞﹑成骨细胞和成牙骨质细胞中均有表达,在破骨细胞中无表达。结论中药丹参可能通过上调正畸牙齿移动初期牙周组织中bFG F的表达而加速其移动;bFG F在正畸牙齿移动初期牙周组织中表达增强,可能在正畸牙齿移动初期牙周组织的改建中起重要作用。
【Objective】 To explore the interaction between orthodontic tooth movement and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF).To investigate the effect of salvia miltiorhiza on the expression of bFGF within periodontal tissues.【Methods】 45 rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups(groups A,B and C).Groups A and B were handled accordingly.Group C was blank control.After the experiment,each rabbit of all groups was measured the amount of experimental tooth movement,and were made into the sections of periodontal tissues.The sections were treated accordingly by HE stain and examined the expression of bFGF by immunohistochemical method.【Results】 The amount of experimental tooth movement increased successively from 1 to 14 days.The difference among day 3,7and 14 was significant in the comparison between group A-R and group A-L(P 0.01).Groups A-R and A-L were found new collagenous fibers,neovascularization,osteoclastic bone resorption on the pressure side and osteoblastic new bone formation on the tension side,which increased successively from 1 to 7 days but decreased comparably on day 14.These changes were significantly obvious in group A-R than group A-L.The expression of bFGF in groups A-R,A-L and B-R enhanced apparently compared with that in groups C and B-L(P 0.01),but that in group A-R is the most apparent.【Conclusions】 ①Salvia miltiorhiza can accelerate orthodontic tooth movement.②The mechanism that salvia miltiorhiza accelerate orthodontic tooth movement may be that it could up-regulate the expression of bFGF in periodontium in the earlier period of orthodontic tooth movement.③bFGF may play an important role in the remodeling of periodontium in the earlier period of orthodontic tooth movement.
