文章分析公路施工企业生产成本高利润率低的现状及成因,针对当前的市场环境,提出公路施工企业降低生产成本,提高经济效益的六大对策,论证提高企业管理能力和核心竞争力是改变现状的根本办法。
The article analyzes the cause and current condition of high cost and low profit situation in road construction industry.Aimed at the current market environment,the article proposes six countermeasures to reduce production cost and increase economy efficiency.It concludes that increasing company＇s management capacity and core competitiveness is the fundamental method to change current condition.
