摘要
目的:探讨动态心电图对无症状性心肌缺血的诊断价值。方法:应用Holter对80例无症状性心肌缺血患者进行检测并记录结果。结果:80例无症状性的心肌缺血表现的患者,患者的心电图显示ST段下移,所有患者中没有缺血表现的382次,有此表现的68次,SMI持续时间(15.0±19.5)min/次,有症状性心肌缺血持续时间(31.8±26.7)min/次,经比较发现两者有显著性差异(t=2.211,P<0.05);患者的ST段的平均(1.61±0.52)mm,患者的ST段下降表现的很明显。结论:对患者进行Holter检查可明确患者的诊断,可为临床早期诊断提供重要帮助。
Objective：To investigate the diagnostic value of 24h dynamic electrocardiogram testing on Silent myocardial ischemia （SMI）.Methods：80 cases with SMI were examined by 24h dynamic electrocardiogram testing.Results：After 24h dynamic electrocardiogram testing,it was found that ischemic ST segment depression TIN 450times,including asymptomatic ischemic attack 382 times（84.8%）,symptomatic ischemic attack 68 times（15.1%） with SMI duration of 15.0±19.5min/times.There were symptoms of myocardial ischemia duration 31.8±26.7min/time.By comparison,it showed a significant difference between them（t=2.211,P0.05）.The ST segment depression in the value with an average of 1.61±0.52 mm.Comparison of myocardial ischemia in day and night,it was found that night-time IT low,MIT length,and ST segment decreased significantly.Conclusions：Holter could confirm the kinds of arrhythmia,the frequency ofmyocardial ischemia,endurance time ofmyocardial ischemia and evolutive discipline.It could provide importantproof for early clinical diagnosis.
