摘要
高职院校师资队伍数量不足和结构失衡均发生质变并辐辏于专业素质薄弱,必须构建全面提升师资专业素质的体制和机制。国家层面,构建职前职后一体化的高职师资专业化发展新体系和新机制;社会层面,打造以校企合作、工学结合为特征的高职师资专业化发展新模式;院校层面,深刻挖掘校本进修在高职师资专业化发展中的潜力。
At present, higher vocational colleges have to establish a complete system and mechanism to improve the teaching staff's professional quality, simply because both the teaching staff's lack in amount and the teaching staff's imbalance in structure have resulted in the weakness of professional quality of teachers. Therefore, in order to advance the professional development of teaching staff, the national government should set up a new pre-service and in-service integrated cultivation and training system, the society should build up a new school-enterprise cooperation and work-integrated learning model, and higher vocational schools should exploit new potentialities of the school-based teacher education for teaching staff.
