摘要
目的比较窝沟釉质成形封闭术(enameloplasty sealant technique,EST)与窝沟杯刷清洗封闭术(cup-shaped brush sealant technique,CST)的封闭剂保存率。方法 60名6～7岁儿童采用半口对照法,研究对象左右两侧第一恒磨牙分别采用不同的窝沟封闭术。追踪观察2年,记录封闭剂的保留情况。结果 EST组与CST组的封闭剂全部保存率在术后半年和1年的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后1年半EST组为90.52%、CST组为75.86%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.909,P=0.012);术后2年EST组为87.50%、CST组为70.54%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.138,P=0.006)。结论从长期临床效果看,EST的封闭剂保存率高于CST。
Objective To compare the sealant preservation rate between the enameloplasty sealant technique（EST） and the cup-shaped brush sealant technique（CST）.Methods Sixty children aged 6 to 7 years were selected to perform sealant technique on their four first permanent molars,the left or right two of which were applied EST or CST in sequence.The sealant preservation were followed up for 2 years.Results There were no statistical difference in sealant preservation rate between EST and CST groups at half year and 1 year follow up.The complete sealant preservation rate of EST and CST was 90.52%,75.86% respectively at 1.5 years follow up,87.50%,70.54% at 2 years follow up,there were statistical difference between two groups at 1.5 years and 2 years follow up（P0.05）.Conclusion EST is superior to CST in long-term clinical effect.
