摘要
创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)是一种当前发病率较高的精神疾病,当前治疗主要以西药中的精神类药物为主,包括镇静、改善睡眠、抗焦虑等药物,但均有不同方面的副作用[1],且价格较为昂贵,服药时间长。针灸治疗神志病已有悠久的历史,疗效确切,价格便宜,且无毒副作用。近几年,针灸治疗PTSD的研究逐步出现,以期为PTSD的治疗提供新思路和方法。文章总结了临床上使用针灸治疗PTSD的评价工具,希望可以为从多角度对其临床疗效进行评价提供参考,以充分体现针灸治疗PTSD的优势和特色。
Posttraumatic stress disorder（PTSD） is a psychiatric disease with high incidence,which is commonly treated by psychiatric medicine,including sedative,sleeping pills,and anti-anxiety medicine,etc.However,adverse reaction of western medicine was always reported.Acupuncture has long been used to treat mental diseases,which is effective,reliable,economic,and safe.In recent years,study of acupuncture in treating PTSD has emerged gradually,hoping to provide a new approach to treat PTSD.The writer summarizes the scales used in clinical evaluation for acupuncture in treating PTSD,in the hope to assess the therapeutic effects and demonstrate the advantages and features of acupuncture therapy completely.
