摘要
从成人学生的特点、学分制的优越性、社会发展三方面论证了实施学分制是成人高等教育改革的必要选择,提出了实施学分制促进成人教育教学改革的几点举措:调整课程设置,优化教学计划;实行选课制、弹性学制;改变传统的教学方法;推行导师制;实行学分绩点制;完善教学质量监控体系。
From the characteristics of the adult higher education, the superior of the credit system, and the development of the society, this paper argues that the implementation of credit system is necessary to adult higher education, and gives several suggestions as follows： adjust course establishments to optimize teaching plan, practice the system of the elective courses and flexibility educational system, change traditional teaching method,promot the guidance program, practice the credit and score system, and improve the teaching quality monitoring system.
