摘要
目的总结多发性肌炎(PM)合并肝脏损害患者的临床特点,提高对该病的认识,以利临床诊断、指导治疗及判断预后。方法统计PM合并肝脏损害住院患者共15例,回顾性分析PM患者的临床表现、血清肌酶水平以及治疗转归。结果合理应用激素是治疗的关键,本文15例患者应用激素治疗后,病情均好转出院。结论 PM首发症状为近端肌无力,血清肌酶对疾病诊断及疗效监测有重要价值。
Objective To summarize the clinical characteristics of polymyositis（PM） combined with liver damage,and thus raise the awareness of this disease and improve the clinical diagnosis,treatment,and prognosis.Methods The clinical characteristics,enzyme levels,and treatment outcome of 15 patients with PM combined with liver damage were analyzed retrospectively.Results Proper application of corticosteroid was important.The patients＇ condition improved after the administration of corticosteroid,and all the patients were discharged from hospital.Conclusion The primary symptom of PM is proximal muscle weakness.The enzymes are important in the diagnosis and treatment of PM.
