摘要
介绍了检验机构实验室信息管理系统(LIMS)建设中的项目管理过程、效果及取得的成果。通过对该项目实施过程中的项目范围管理、项目质量管理、项目沟通管理以及进度管理的控制,使得该项目得以成功实施,并对项目的验收方法进行了描述,从中得出的项目管理方法和经验可供一般企业检验机构建立信息管理系统参考。
The project management process,results and achievements obtained in the building of laboratory information management system(LIMS) of some inspection institution were introduced.The project was successfully implemented through the project scope management,project quality management,project communication management and schedule management.The acceptance method for the project was also described.The project management approaches and experience can be referred by inspection institutions of common companies for the building of their information management system.
