三元共聚羧酸盐减水剂的合成及应用 被引量:4

摘要 以丙烯酸(AA)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和自制具有聚合活性的大单体甲氧基聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯(P)为原料,以过硫酸铵为引发剂,在水相体系中共聚,合成P-AA-AMPS三元共聚聚羧酸高性能减水剂。试验结果表明,该减水剂的最佳制备工艺为:AMPS用量为大单体P质量的4%,过硫酸铵用量为单体总量的4%,反应温度75℃,反应时间为5 h。经测试该减水剂具有较好的分散性和分散性保持能力,并具有良好的增强效果。 A novel polycarboxylate superplasticizer of P-AA-AMPS was synthesized in aqueous media by using acrylic acid (AA),2-acrylamido-2 methyl-propane sulfonic acid(AMPS) and big monomer Polyether making by myself as raw materials and ammonium persulfate as initiator. The experiment results indicate that the superplasticizcr can be prepared under such optinmm conditions:AMPS amount is 4% of the mass fraction of big monomer P,ammonium persulfate amount is 4% of the total mass fraction of big monomer P, the polymerization temperature of 75 ℃ and the reaction time of 5 h. The test results show that their plasticized effects on cement paste are also investigated,the superpiasticizer made from AMPS has a higher dispersing ability,lower loss of flowability.
