摘要
目的:探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)后测量眼压的最佳方法。方法:45例(90只眼)近视眼患者分别于LASIK术前和术后6个月采用超声角膜厚度测量仪测量中央角膜厚度(CCT)和颞下角膜缘内1.5mm处周边角膜厚度(PCT),非接触眼压计(NCT)和Tono-Pen眼压计(TPT)测量角膜中央眼压、颞下角膜缘内1.5mm处周边眼压,并对眼压测量值和角膜厚度进行直线相关和回归分析。结果:LASIK术前、术后NCT眼压和CCT比较差异有统计学意义,术后明显低于术前(P<0.05);LASIK术前、术后TPT中央眼压、周边眼压以及PCT比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。直线相关与回归分析结果表明,NCT眼压与CCT呈正相关(P<0.05);TPT中央眼压与CCT、NCT周边眼压与PCT均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:TPT眼压受角膜厚度变化影响较小,可作为LASIK术后测量眼压的首选方法。
Objective:To investigate the preferred way to measure intraocular pressure before and after laser in-sire keratomileusis (LASIK).Methods:Before LASIK and 6 months after LASIK, corneal pachymeter was used to measure the central comeal thickness (CCT) and peripheral comeal thickness (PCT), non-contact tonometer (NCT) and Tono-Pen tonometer (TPT) to measure central intraocular pressure and peripheral intraocular pressure. And the relationship between inlraocular pressure and corneal thickness was analyzed.Results:ARer LASIK, the NCT central intraocular pressure and CCT were obviously lower than that before LASIK (P〈 0.05). There had no obvious differences between PCT, TPT central intraocular pressure and peripheral intraocular pressure before and after LASIK (P〉 0.05). NCT intraocular pressure had positive correlation with CCT (P〈 0.05); there had no correlations between TPT central intraocular pressure and CCT, TPT peripheral intraocular pressure and PCT (P〉 0.05). Conclusions:TPT intraocular pressure is less affected by corneal thickness and can be acted as the preferred way to measure intmocular pressure after LASIK.
