摘要
通过建立切合实际情况的力学模型,推导出旋转导向偏心稳定器井壁推靠力方程,该方程包含了与钻井作业有关的钻压(轴向力)s、钻具自重q、井斜角α、偏心稳定器与上部稳定器之间的距离l、钻具的弹性模量E和轴惯性矩I以及偏心稳定器翼肋位移δ等参数。通过计算实例,分析了sl、、α及δ对井壁推靠力的影响,所得认识对于开展旋转导向偏心稳定器钻具系统和旋转导向钻井技术研究有重要意义。
The paper derives the thrust force equation of rotary steering eccentric stabilizer by building a practical mechanical model.The equation contains several parameters,the drilling pressure(axial weight on bit)(s),drilling tool self-weight(q),angle of inclination(a),distance between eccentric stabilizer and upper stabilizer(l),elastic modulus(E),axial inertia moment(I)and wing-flag control valve displace(δ).Through the case calculation,this paper analyses the affection to thrust force from drilling pressure,distance between eccentric stabilizer and upper stabilizer,angle of inclination and wing-flag control valve displace.The results are value for further research on drilling tool system with rotary steering eccentric stabilizer and the drilling technique.
