摘要
[目的]总结鼻咽癌病人行TPF方案诱导化疗致Ⅳ度骨髓抑制的护理。[方法]对40例鼻咽癌病人行TPF方案诱导化疗,5例出现Ⅳ度骨髓抑制,及时进行对症处理并加强护理。[结果]5例Ⅳ度骨髓抑制病人在5 d～7 d内血常规、大便恢复正常,体温降至正常,皮疹消退、口腔炎疼痛缓解;1例出院等待下一个疗程化疗,4例拟行同期放疗。[结论]加强护理是鼻咽癌病人顺利度过Ⅳ度骨髓抑制危险阶段的保证。
Objective：It summarized nursing care of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients undergoing TPF regimen induction chemotherapy induced IV degree myelosuppression.Methods：A total of 40 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients accepted TPF regimen induction chemotherapy.Five patients had IV degree myelosuppression.And they were given symptomatic treatment and nursing care in time.Results：The blood cell counting and stool routine of 5 patients with IV degree myelosuppression returned to normal within the 5d to 7d.Body temperature of them returned to normal,and rashes disappeared and stomatitis pain relieved within 5d to 7d as well.One case discharged from hospital to wait for the next course of treatment.The other 4 cases accepted radiation therapy over the same period.Conclusion：To strengthen nursing care of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients undergoing TPF regimen induction chemotherapy induced IV degree myelosuppression is the guarantee to pass the dangerous phase of IV degree myelosuppression smoothly.
