摘要
通过在77.4K 下的N2 吸附对连续化工艺制备的聚丙烯腈(PANpolyacrylonitrile) 基活性炭纤维(ACFactivatedcarbonfiber)孔结构进行了考察. 采用DubininRadushkevich 方程、HorvathKawazoe 方程及密度函数理论(densityfunctionaltheory) 对其孔结构参数诸如比表面积、微孔表面积、孔容及孔径分布进行了表征.采用不同的分析方法对PAN基ACF的孔结构表征结果有很好的一致性.
The porosity of PAN based activated carbon fibers prepared by continuous process was characterized by nitrogen adsorption at 77.4K. The porosity parameters, such as specific surface area, micropore surface area, micropore volume and pore size distributions were analyzed by using Dubinin Radushikevich equation, Horvath Kawazoe equation and density functional theory. The analysis results by means of different methods were in good agreement with one another.
