摘要
目的:分析髓内外两种内固定术治疗老年股骨转子间骨折(IFF)的疗效。方法:选取行内固定术治疗的IFF患者107例,其中髓外固定39例和髓内固定68例,利用设计的调查表和SF-36健康调查表收集患者术前、术中和术后的相关资料,比较髓内外两种固定术相关参数和疗效差异。结果:2种内固定术后并发症发生率及术后1年关节功能的优良率无显著性差异(P>0.05),但髓外固定术切口长度、手术时间、出血量、功能训练时间及骨折愈合时间显著高于髓内固定术(P<0.05)。结论:髓内固定术是一种较理想治疗老年IFF的方法。
Objective： To analyze the therapeutic effects of two fracture fixations to treat elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture（IFF）.Methods： One hundred and seven elderly patients with IFF,treated by extramedullary fixation （EF） or intramedullary fixation（IF）,were analyzed retrospectively.Among them, 39 patients were fixed with DHS（EF group） and 68 patients were fixed with PEN （IF group）.The data during and after operation were recorded using the data collection form and SF-36 form.The effect parameters of two groups were compared.Results： Compare with EF group,incision length,operation time,interoperation blood loss,functional training time and union of fracture time of IF group were significantly lower（P0.05）.The excellent and good rate of EF and IF group were not significantly difference（P0.05）. Conclusion： The IF has satisfied therapeutic efficacy on elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture.
