摘要
目的:了解医院呼吸科抗菌药物的使用情况以及药师的临床药学服务情况。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,选取本院呼吸科2009年5月～2010年5月间本院治疗的345例患者完整病例,统计分析药物使用情况。结果:使用最多的是喹诺酮类、头孢菌素类和青霉素类。最常用的为青霉素类+喹诺酮类,其次为喹诺酮类+头孢菌素类。结论:本院呼吸内科抗茵药物使用情况基本合理,但临床药师工作还需进一步加强。
Objective To investigate the use of antibacterials in the respiratory department of our hospital.Method Retrospectivelinical data of 485 cases who came to the respiratory department of our hospital during may 2009 and may 2010.Results Cephalosporins,quinolones and penicillins were used most.The most common is piperacillin sodium and sulbactam sodium ＋ quinolone,and then quinolone ＋ cephalosporins.Conclusion The usage of antibacterial drug in the respiratory department of our hospital is reasonable,but rational drug use（RDU）with clinical pharmacist still has a long way to go.
