江苏省小麦新品种(系)对纹枯病的抗性分析 被引量:6

摘要 纹枯病是江苏省小麦的重要病害,为了解目前江苏省小麦品种(系)对纹枯病的抗性现状,为全省小麦抗病育种和抗病品种的合理利用及病害控制提供科学依据,该研究对参加2004-2009年度江苏省小麦区域试验和预备试验的415个品种(系)进行了纹枯病抗性鉴定与分析。结果表明:目前江苏省小麦品种(系)对纹枯病的抗性普遍较弱,尚未发现免疫和高抗(HR)纹枯病的品种(系),抗(R)纹枯病品种(系)仅占1.45%,中抗(MR)品种(系)占15.66%,80%以上的品种(系)对纹枯病表现为感病或中感;不同生态类型的小麦品种对纹枯病的抗性存在明显差异,淮北品种和淮北迟播品种对纹枯病的抗性较好,绝大多数淮南品种对纹枯病的抗性较差。结果还显示,淮北品种(系)淮核0303、徐麦4036、徐金麦3号、良星99、丰华8829和铜原0033能稳定中抗纹枯病,在丰产性和纹枯病抗性同步改良上取得了一定的成效。 To understand the resistance to sharp eyespot for current wheat cultivars,and provide the scientific basis of wheat breeding for disease resistance,rational use of resistant varieties and disease control,415 wheat varieties and lines from regional yield trial in Jiangsu Province were evaluated for resistance to wheat sharp eyespot during the growing seasons of 2004-2009.The results showed that wheat varieties immune and highly resistant to sharp eyespot had not been found.The wheat varieties and lines resistant to sharp eyespot only accounted for 1.45%,and moderately resistant to the disease accounted for 15.66%.More than 80 percent of wheat varieties and lines were susceptible or moderately susceptible to the disease.Wheat varieties from different ecological regions displayed significantly different resistances to the disease.The wheat varieties from the North parts of Jiangsu were more resistant to the disease than that from the South.Six wheat varieties,named Huaihe0303,Xumai4036,Xujinmai3,Liangxing99,Fenghua8829 and Tongyuan0033 exhibited stable and moderate resistances to the disease.
