摘要
养生本草的研究具有重大的现实意义,笔者通过搜集历代多部养生本草经典名著进行归纳﹑分类,按照一定的筛选原则和思路对本草药物进行筛选,尝试摸索出具有实际应用价值的规律,并阐述了代表性药物的现代研究进展,展望了中医养生本草的应用前景以及研究的新方向与思路。
There has been great realistic significance in the research of materia medica for health preservation. Based on the collecting and classification of multiple materia medica works about health preservation in past dynasties, and by following certain rules and ideas for the screening of herbal medicines, the author tried to find out the practical value of materia medica for health preservation, gave some statements about the modern research progress of the representative herbs, and explored the application prospect and new research direction and ideas of materia medica for health preservation in TCM.
