摘要 子宫内膜容受性是决定体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)能否成功的关键因素之一,其评价标准仍未达成一致。超声作为一种非创伤性的检查手段,在IVF-ET方面有其特有的优势,通常应用二维经阴道超声对其进行评价。三维超声作为一种新的成像技术,以其直观、简捷、可重复性强的优势为评估子宫内膜容受性提供了一种新手段。为了探讨三维超声在预测子宫内膜容受性的价值,现就三维超声技术及三维超声在IVF-ET中评价子宫内膜容受性的作用进行综述。 Endometrial receptivity is a key factor for the successful in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET).There is no consistent criteria to estimate it.As a non-invasive examination means,ultrasound has an advantage in IVF-ET and transvaginal color Doppler sonography is usually applied to estimate the endometrial receptivity.Three-dimensional ultrasound is a new imaging modality,superior in its features,such as objectiveness,simplicity,and repeatability.It has provided a new tool for assessing the endometrial receptivity.In order to discuss its values in the prediction of endometrial receptivity,this article reviews the technical aspects of it and its roles in assessing endometrial receptivity for in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer.
