摘要
目的建立天山雪莲药材的高效液相指纹图谱。方法以芦丁、紫丁香苷、绿原酸为对照,采用高效液相色谱法测定10批次不同产地天山雪莲色谱图;YMC-Pack ODS-A色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),乙腈-1%醋酸梯度洗脱,流速0.8ml/min,柱温30℃,检测波长270nm,运行时间60min。结果标示出天山雪莲药材的12个特征指纹峰,10批次不同产地天山雪莲的色谱图相似度均>0.9。结论高效液相色谱方法准确、重复性好,为天山雪莲药材的全面质量控制提供了参考。
Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprint chromatography of the aerial parts of Saussurea involucrate.Methods Rutin,syringin and chlorogenic acid were used as reference substances.YMC-Pack ODS-A（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） column was used.The acetonitrile and 1% acetic acid were used as mobile phase.The flow rate was 0.8 ml/min.The column temperature was 30℃.The detection wavelength was 270 nm.The detection time was 60 min.Ten batches of the aerial parts of Saussurea involucrate from various habitats were analyzed by HPLC.Results Twelve characteristic peaks were indicated on HPLC fingerprint chromatography.The similarity of ten batches of the aerial parts of Saussurea involucrate from various habitats was over 0.9.Conclusion This method is validated to show accurate and good reproducibility.The method provides a reference standard for the quality control of the aerial parts of Saussurea involucrate.
