优化聚酯热载体加热炉运行的措施

摘要 通过对热载体加热炉运行参数进行测试,分析了影响加热炉运行效率的主要原因。针对加热炉在运行过程中出现的多次熄火、不能正常点火、燃烧不充分、炉膛温度过高、热效率低、燃料和配风的比例不当,以及加热炉负荷匹配不合理等问题,制定了提高热载体加热炉运行效率的措施。 Based on test of operating parameters of heat carrier furnace, the main factors affecting operating efficiency of heating furnace were analyzed. In view of the problems in operating process of the heating furnace, such as frequent extinction, failing to ignite, incomplete combustion, high furnace temperature, low thermal efficiency, inappropriate ratio of fuel and air distribution and unreasonable load matching of furnace, this paper worked out measures for improving the operating efficiency of heat carrier furnace.
