摘要
目的:探讨乳腺癌前病变不典型增生(ADH)和导管上皮内瘤变(DCIS)手术治疗,阻断病变演化进展的效果。方法:对22例ADH和12例DCIS患者手术及综合治疗。结果:疗效满意,随访无局部复发病例。结论:通过手术及个体化综合治疗后,可有效阻断乳腺癌的发生,降低发病率。
Objective： To discuss the effect of the surgery on blocking precancerous change of breast cancer ADH and Dcis.Methods： To have a surgery combined with modality therapy on histologically diagnosed precancerous change ADH（22cases） and DCIS（12cases）.Results： Effect of the treatment was satisfacted.Conclusion： Surgery combinated modality therapy was effective.The incidence rate of breast cancer was decreased.
