摘要
目的:提高合并颅脑伤的闭合性腹部损伤早期诊断率。方法:回顾总结60例闭合性腹部损伤合并颅脑伤患者的资料,入院时休克、腹部症状及体征表现、诊断性腹穿阳性及相关物理检查得出准确诊断。结果:提高早期诊断率要加强多发性损伤认识,把握合并颅脑伤的闭合性腹部损伤特点,密切观察病情变化,及时应用辅助检查。结论:治疗腹部闭合性损伤合并颅脑损伤患者的关键之处在于早期的、明确的诊断,手术要及时,这些都是降低腹部闭合性损伤合并颅脑损伤的并发症和死亡率的关键之所在。
Objective：To improve the early diagnosis rate of abdominal closed trauma with craniocerebral trauma.Methods：The clinical data of 60 cases of abdominal closed trauma with craniocerebral trauma in this hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Based on the shock,abdominal symptom,physical sign and positive result of diagnostic abdominocentesis and relative physical examination,the patients with abdominal closed trauma and craniocerebral trauma on admission was diagnosed accurately.Results：In order to improve the early diagnosis rate of this kind of combined injury,the relative symptom,sign and characteristic of multiple injuries,such as abdominal closed trauma with craniocerebral trauma,should be identified immediately.At the same time,the careful observation of patient＇s condition and the early application of auxiliary examination is valuable for the diagnosis of this disease.Conclusion：Early diagnosis and operation is important to avoid secondary brain injury and to reduce the mortality rate.
