神经电生理检查对肘管综合征患者早期诊断意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨肌电图检查对肘管综合征患者早期诊断的意义。方法:回顾分析肘管综合征16例患者临床及电生理资料。结果:16例患者均诉患肢小指及无名指尺侧半发麻,肌电图检查发现患侧尺神经跨肘运动传导速度、小指-腕感觉神经动作电位波幅分别为31.0±15.80m/s、6.37±6.43μV,与健侧比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:神经电生理检查可早期确诊肘管综合征,对长时间屈肘患者预防此病有重要意义。 Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of electroneurophysiological findings in high school students with cubital tunnel syndrome(CubTS),and to improve our understanding of CubTS.Methods:The clinical manifestation and electroneurophysiological findings of 16 cases of CubTS were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The most complaint of patients was paresthesia in the areas supplied by the ulnar nerve.The electroneurophysiological findings were the abnormity of the motor conduction velocity(MCV) in the acrosss elbow segment of the ulnar nerve and the amplitude of sensory nerve action potential(SNAP) of the little finger to wirst,with the two values of 31.0±15.80m/s and 6.37±6.43μV,respectively.The difference between symptomatic upper limbs and asymptomatic upper limbs was significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Electroneurophysiological detection is important in the diagnosing CubTS in early stage,and in prevention of this disease for the students with flexion of the elbow for a long time.
