摘要
近年来,蓬勃发展的高等职业教育,为促进我国社会和经济发展发挥了重要作用。企业办高职学院面临新的发展机遇,同时也存在不少问题。为抓住机遇,迎接挑战,运用管理学中的SWOT分析法对企业办高职学院现状和前景进行全面分析,厘清外部机会与威胁、自身优势和劣势并据此采取不同的策略,以求得更好的生存和发展。
In recent years,the development of vocational education has played an important role in promoting the social and economic development of our country.Vocational colleges run by enterprises are faced with new developmental opportunities as well as challenges.This thesis comprehensively analyzes the current situation and the prospects of these groups of colleges,through the examination of the opportunities they present,and the external threats to them.The strong points and weak points of them will also be examined using SWOT analysis. This analysis will be helpful for these colleges in adopting appropriate strategies to seize these opportunities,and to ensure their survival and development.
