摘要
针对大型柔性风电机组动态过程复杂的特点,将联合仿真技术应用于风力发电机组结构动力学分析中:用MSC.NASTRAN进行结构建模及模态分析,用MSC.ADAMS进行柔性多体动力学分析,用AERODYN建立气动模型,用MATLAB构建控制模型。模型兼顾了风力发电机组的机械及电气动态特性,弥补了现有各种模型过于简化的不足。与传统的2个、3个质量块等效模型进行了仿真比较,采用该模型可更加有效地进行风力发电机组控制系统的设计,分析机组在各种运行工况下的动态行为。
With regard to the complexity of the characteristics of the dynamic process of large flexible wind turbine,the joint simulation technique is applied to the wind turbine structure dynamic analysis.First,the wind turbine components model is set up for modal analysis in the MSC.Nastran environment,and then the flexible multi-body dynamic analysis has been carried out by MSC.Adams,an aerodynamic model has been set up with the help of Aerodyn,and the control model has been set up by Matlab.The model considered both mechanical dynamic characteristic and electrical dynamic characteristic,offset the shortages of various current models that were over simplified.The simulation comparisons have been carried out among two mass equivalent model,three mass equivalent model and proposed model,the results show,with the help of this model,the design of the control system as well as the analysis on various dynamic behaviors of the unit under different operating modes of the wind turbine unit could be more effective.
