摘要
为确保飞机蓄电池在低温下的正常工作,基于数字温度传感器DS18B20设计了蓄电池自动加温设备的控制系统。系统硬件设计包括温度采集、数据处理、结果显示及电源控制四个模块;系统软件设计包括温度采集驱动、液晶的显示驱动以及检测结果的逻辑判断三个模块。对系统软硬件的Proteus仿真结果表明,控制电路设计正确,软件运行可靠,可以达到理想的控制效果。
In order to ensure the plane's storage battery to be able to work normally, the controlling system of auto-heating was designed by digital temperature transducer DS18B20. The hardware included four modules of temperature collection, data processing, result displaying and power controlling. The software included three modules of the driving program of temperature collecting, liquid displaying and logic judging of testing results. The Proteus simulation results of the system's hardware and software show that the design of controlling circuit is right and the software works reliably. As a result, perfect controlling effect can be obtained.
