摘要
借鉴QC方法对T梁预制过程中由于模板而引起的外观病害进行统计调查和原因分析,并制定改进模板的对策和措施,这样可以大量减少由于模板原因引起的T梁预制外观病害,同时可有效提高T梁模板的制作和装拆质量,从而保证整个施工工程的顺利进行。
It can significantly reduce the appearance disease of prefabricated T beam caused by template through surveys and analysis with reference to quality control method and improvement countermeasures. Meanwhile, it can improve the process and quality assembly and disassembly of T beam to ensure the whole process of the construction.
