人造沸石吸附包钢总排回用水中氨氮的研究

摘要 通过人造沸石吸附包钢总排回用水用作循环冷却水中氨氮的试验,指出沸石的用量及水样的pH值是影响沸石吸附量的因素。结果表明,在pH=6条件下,水样取50 mL,沸石投加3 g即可达到较好的处理效果,去除率为75%;通过室温条件下的吸附模型的研究,沸石对氨氮的吸附更符合Freundlich等温吸附方程。 Through the absorption experiment of ammonia nitrogen from main recycling water of Baogang,it was obtained that the usage of permutite and pH of water sample were the influence factors.The better treatment effect could be attained when pH=6,water sample was 50mL and the usage of permutite was 3g.And the removal rate could reach 75%.The absorption of ammonia nitrogen with permutite was more fitted with Freundlich adsorption isotherm equation through the research of absorption model under room temperature condition.
