摘要
目的检测霉菌性阴道炎患者血清及阴道灌洗液IL-2、IL-8、IL-10和TNF-α水平,以探讨其在发病机制中的作用。方法85例霉菌性阴道炎患者分别留取血清及阴道灌洗液,-20℃冻存,采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测IL-2、IL-8、IL-10及TNF-α并与80例健康体检的妇女进行对比观察。结果霉菌性阴道炎患者血清及阴道灌洗液中IL-8、IL-10和TNF-α与正常对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05或0.01)。结论细胞因子IL-2、IL-8、IL-10和TNF-α参与霉菌性阴道炎的发病,其中TNF-α可能直接参与并介导免疫损伤。
Objective To evaluate the pathogenesis role of IL-2,IL-8,IL-10 and TNF-α in patients with mycotic vaginitis. Methods Serum and vaginal lavage were collected from 85 patients with viginitis fungosa and 80 healthy women, then frozen to -20℃. The concentration of IL-2, IL-8, IL-10 and TNF-αinwere detected by double-sandwich elisa. Results The level of IL-2 ,IL-8 and TL-10 and TNF-αin serum and vaginal lavage of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group ( P 〈 0.05 or 0. 01 ). Conclusion Cylokines such as IL-2, IL-8, IL-10 and TNF-α play an role in the pathogenesis of viginitis fungosa. TNF-α may participate and mediate the immune injury directly.
