摘要
分析了快速凝固与常规固溶处理后,Cu-0.8Cr合金导电性的差异及时效处理对合金导电性的影响。结果表明:快速凝固合金中过饱和的Cr原子是造成电阻率高的主要原因,晶体缺陷对电阻率的影响很小。时效过程中导电率的恢复是由Cr原子的析出并产生较大间距的Cr相所致。
The differences of electrical conductivity in rapidly solidified and conventional solid solution treated Cu Cr alloy have been analysed in this article. The effect of aging on the electrical conductivity of the alloy has been inquired. The experimental results show that the over saturated Cr atoms but not the lattice defects are the dominant factors accounting for the increase of electrical resistivity.
