摘要
为了寻找新的99mTcN标记的心肌显像剂,合成了2种含有酯基的NS配体CYE(L-半胱氨酸乙酯)和CYB(L-半胱氨酸丁酯).以SnCl2为还原剂,通过交换反应制备了标记率大于90%的99mTcN-CYE,CYB络合物.探讨了pH值和反应时间对99mTcN-CYE,CYB标记率的影响,并对其小鼠生物分布进行了研究.结果表明,99mTcN-CYE,CYB在心肌中具有相当的摄取,血清除快,血半清除期小于15min.但是,心肌滞留不理想,心肌与本底比值较低.
In order to carry out new myocardial imaging agents labelled with 99mTcN core,two NS ligands of CYE and CYB were synthsized. Their 99mTcN complexes were prepared using stannous chloride as reductant. The radiochemical purity of 99mTcN-CYE and 99mTcN CYB is more than 90%. The effect of pH and reaction time on radiochemical purity is investigated. Biodistribution of 99mTcN-CYE and 99mTcN-CYB in mice indicates that significant uptake is demonstrated in heart, the activity is cleared rapidly from blood and the clearance half-time is less than 15min. However, the retention ability of both complexes in heart is not ideal and the heart/background ratios is low.
