从高职院校图书馆开展参考咨询服务的实际需要出发,阐述了图书馆信息咨询服务中引入Web2.0的意义,并详细介绍了Web2.0应用于图书馆参考咨询服务的4种技术。
This paper,based on the actual requirements of providing the reference service by the libraries of higher vocational colleges,elaborates the introduction of Web 2.0 into library＇s reference service and introduces four techniques for applying Web 2.0 to library＇s reference service.
