某机新型供氧设备试验器测控软件设计

摘要 基于C语言设计了某供氧设备试验器的测控软件。设计分为主、从单片机两大模块,主单片机控制程序主要完成与触摸屏间通信的串口中断处理以及对从单片机发来的检测数据的处理与转换;从单片机主要驱动A/D芯片完成氧气流量、压力等多个传感器信号的模数转换,并通过并口将检测数据发送到主单片机。采用串口中断方式保证了软件系统对触摸屏控制指令和检测数据处理的适时性,将两个软件模块分别交付主、从单片机分别协同完成,显著提高了系统的测控速度和效率。 Measuring and Controlling soft of the surppling oxygen equipment machine was designed by C language. The design included two module of main and slave single chip. The main controlling program is responsible treating the sericom interrupt from handling screen and the testing data from slave single chip. The slave controlling program is in charge of driving A/D chip to change analogic signal into digital signal and sending the testing data to main single chip. The interrupt method can assure the soft system treat the data in time, The Two soft module were respectively dealed to main and slave single chip. As a result, measuring and controlling velocity and efficiency was increased a great deal.
