摘要
目的探讨外来骨科器械纳入消毒供应中心进行有效的质量追溯管理，加强医院感染控制，确保器械安全使用，减少医疗纠纷。方法医院制定外来骨科器械管理规范，消毒供应中心按标准化流程进行器械交接、清洗、消毒、灭菌、监测质量追溯管理。结果2007年3月-2009年3月使用7家器械公司提供的外来骨科器械30多种类，施行相应手术500多例，未出现器械遗失，器械清洗、消毒、灭菌质量合格，记录具有可追溯性。结论将外来骨科器械纳入消毒供应中心质量追溯管理，有效地保障了器械安全使用及患者手术安全，是举证的重要依据。
OBJECTIVE To discuss how to effectively manage the quality of loaned orthopedic instruments in disfection supply center; and how to strengthen hospital infection control to ensure the safe use of medical devices and to reduce medical tangles. METHODS The hospital made the instruction for loaned orthopedic instruments; and the disinfection supply center made the retrospective managements of loaned orthopedic instruments transferring, cleaning, disinfecting and sterilizing, and monitored them in accordance with the standards procedures. RESULTS From Mar 2007 to Mar 2009, 30 kinds of loaned orthopedic instruments from seven instruments companies have been used for more then 500 operations; and no instruments were losed, and the procedure was qualified in the process of cleaning, disinfectiong and sterilizing. All of them could be found by records. CONCLUSIONS In the retropective management of loaned orthopedic instruments by disinfection supply center effectively ensure the safety of the instruments and patients, which can beused as an important proof when necessary.
