摘要
英美"特殊关系"是国际关系研究中的一种特殊现象,这一关系对两国的国际地位产生了深远的影响。布莱尔担任英国首相期间,继承了传统的双边关系,同时也表现出很强的时代特殊性。总体来看,布莱尔时期英美"特殊关系"仍在强化,两国在双边互动与国际合作中联系更为紧密,在政治、经济、安全和外交等领域的合作得到深化。同时两国在传统国家利益和对重大国际问题的看法上,也存有很多分歧。从根本上说,布莱尔时期英美"特殊关系"是二战以来双边关系的纵向延伸,是在整体国际环境衬托下,双方共同利益驱动的、既相互需要又互为利用的一组特殊意义的国际关系。
Special relationships between US and Uk are a special phenomenon in international relationship studies, which have influenced their international status profoundly. It inherited traditional bilateral relations, but it also possessed its own peculiarities during Tony Blair as Prime Minister. Overall, Special relationships had been strengthened in bilateral and international cooperations, which had been deepened in political, economic, scurity and diplomatic fields. At the same time, there had been some differences on traditional national interests and opinions on important international issues. Bassically, Special relationships are bilateral relations streched frome World War Ⅱ, drived by common interests on international backgrounds.
