摘要
目的比较后房超声乳化术和囊间超声乳化术对角膜内皮细胞的影响。方法采用镜面反射角膜内皮显微镜及超声角膜测厚仪对两组病人进行观察分析。结果囊间组术后内皮细胞密度明显高于后房组，细胞丢失率明显低于后房组，术后早期中央及周边角膜厚度亦明显低于后房组，术后视力较后房组恢复快。
ObjectiveTo compare the effect of posterior chamber phaco and intercapsular phaco on the corneal endothelium.MethodsTwo groups of the patients were observed and analyzed by specular microscopy and ultrasonic pachymetry.ResultsIt was found that in the intercapsular group the corneal endothelium density was obviously higher,the percentage of the endothelial cell loss was lower,and the postoperative corneal thickness of central and peripheral portion was lower than that in the posterior chamber group.The recovery of postoperative vision in the former group was also faster than that in the latter group.ConclusionThe damage to the corneal endothelium after intercapsular phaco is less than in posterior chamber phaco.
