摘要
当前高校图书馆管理经常面临读者的信任危机。本文开创性地将大学管理体系中学生权力的概念引入高校图书馆管理中,并将之定义为"读者权力",旨在为高校图书馆科学管理实践做出一些有益的思考和探索。
Nowadays, the management of university library is often faced with crisis of confidence frequently. This paper leads creatively students＇ power in the university management system into the management of university library, then defines as readers＇ power, aimed at making some useful thinking and exploration for scientific management practice of university library.
