摘要
螺旋粉虱Aleurodicus dispersus Russell是海南岛的一种危害园艺作物、观赏植物和林荫树的热带害虫。本文应用聚集强度指数分析和地统计学研究螺旋粉虱卵、2~4龄若虫和成虫在海南岛印度紫檀上的叶内种群密度和空间分布图式的变化,并对其空间动态作出相应的生物学解释。结果表明:螺旋粉虱3种虫态在印度紫檀上叶内的分布均为聚集分布,不同虫态的空间异质性均由随机性因素引起,其变异曲线函数均为球状模型。利用Kriging插值法由地统计学软件Surfer8.0绘制的密度等值线图可直观地反映螺旋粉虱在印度紫檀上的叶内分布动态。
The spiralling whitefly Aleurodicus dispersus is a tropical pest to a variety of horticultural crops, ornamental plants and shade trees in Hainan Island, China. In the present study, aggregation intensity index and geostatistics methods were used to analyze the population density and the intraleaf spatial distribution pattern of A. dispersus eggs, 2^nd -4^th instar stage of nymph and adults on Pterocarpus indicus in Danzhou, Hainan. The relevant biological explanation would be made to interpret the change of spatial distribution. The results showed that three stages of A. dispersus in the intraleaf of P. ind/cus were aggregation distribution, spatial heterogeneity of each stage were caused by random factors and the best model fit to the semivariongrams was spherical model. The intraleaf isoclines maps of the eggs, nymphal stages and adults were created by the geostatistical software Surfer 8.0 with Kriging interpolation, and the result maps gave a direct viewing about the spatial dynamics of the three stages.
