摘要
研究了3%NaCl溶液,3%NaCl-Ca(OH)2溶液及C30、C40、C50混凝土中锌基分布式牺牲阳极对钢筋阴极保护的有效性,其中混凝土分掺盐与不掺盐两种。结果表明:①在盐溶液及碱性盐溶液条件下,分布式牺牲阳极对钢筋有良好的保护作用;②钢筋在掺盐混凝土中的电位和阴极极化电位比不掺盐时更负;③当混凝土浸没于盐水或自来水且充分湿润,混凝土保护层厚度不超过20mm时,牺牲阳极对钢筋的阴极极化满足负向偏移100mV的要求。
The effectiveness of zinc-based sacrificial discrete anodes in several conditions is studied, which are including 3% sodium chloride solution, 3% sodium chloride alkaline solution and different concrete specimens.The concrete specimens were cast with and without chloride.Results show that :(1)the sacrificial anodes give good protection for steel bars in solutions ;(2)the potentials of steel bar in concrete containing chloride are lower than that of in concrete without chloride at same conditions; (3)the polarization of steel bars meets the requirement of "-100 mV" specification when the concrete specimens are immersed in chloride solution or water with the concrete covers thickness are less than 20 mm.
