摘要
介绍倒装焊设备的组成结构,精度要求,讲述机器视觉系统及机器视觉在设备中的应用,对自动对中、定位的算法进行研究,并提出补偿误差试验的具体方案。实践应用结果表示,该补偿方案在视觉定位系统的运行中具有对位迅速、精确等优点。
The paper introduces the structure of flip-chip-bonding equipment, precision requirement, the application of machine vision system in flip-chip-bonding equipment; studies the algorithm of automatic alignment and location; proposes the concrete scheme for error compensation experiment. The practical results show the compensation scheme in vision location system is precise and has rapid counterpoint.
