摘要
水环境安全评价属于多属性决策评价问题,而客观科学地确定各指标的权重正是评价决策的关键之一。文章拟从指标间的内在相关关系出发,结合相关性分析和敏感度分析,确定各指标的相对重要程度,从而构建一种新的确定权重的方法并加以应用,有利于提高评价结果的科学性和实践性。
Water environment security assessment is a problem of multi-attribute decision-making evaluation. And it is one of the most important things in the evaluation of decision-making to determine the weight of multiple indicators scientifically and objectively. Regarding the internal relation among the indicators,this paper combines sensitivity analysis and correlation analysis to calculate their weight. A new weight determination method is put forward and applied into a case of Baiyangdian Lake. By using the method,more scientific and practical basis can be provided for decision-making.
