摘要 磁共振成像(MRI)技术可观察患儿垂体大小、形态、结构的变化及与周围结构的关系,结合多种激素检查,对于生长激素缺乏症的精确诊断、合理治疗及其预后的判断均有较大价值。生长激素缺乏所致的侏儒症是儿童矮小最常见的原因之一,常见原因为原发性垂体发育不良、空蝶鞍、颅咽管瘤。 Pituitary MRI imaging scan helps to identify the changes in size, morphology, structure of the pituitary and its surrounding tissues. Combined with the testing of various pituitary hormones, it has obvious value in the precise diagnosis, reasonable treatment and prognosis prediction of-children with growth hormone deficiency (GHD). GHD is one of the major causes of short stature. The common causes of GHD are hypoplasia of the anterior pituitary, empty sella, and craniopharyngioma.
