Muc-1基因在非小细胞肺癌组织中表达及其与预后的关系

摘要 目的探讨Muc-1基因在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达与预后的关系。方法应用RT-PCR方法检测36例NSCLC癌组织及10例正常肺组织中Muc-1基因的表达,并进行5年临床随访。结果(1)36例NSCLC组织有19例Muc-1基因阳性表达,阳性表达率为52.7%,10例肺组织无Muc-1基因阳性表达。(2)Muc-1mRNA在NSCLC组织中的表达与患者的年龄、性别、组织学类型、TNM分期、肿瘤大小无关,与淋巴结转移有相关(2=10.166,P<0.05)。(3)经Kaplan-Meier生存曲线表明,36例NSCLC中Muc-1mRNA阳性表达组生存率低于阴性表达组(2=10.701,P<0.01)。结论Muc-1基因阳性表达的NSCLC患者淋巴结转移率高,生存率低,对于NSCLC患者预后判断具有一定的指导作用。 Objective To study the expression of Muc - 1 gene in non - small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tissue and its relationship with prognosis. Methods The expression of Muc - 1 gene in 36 specimens was determined by RT - PCR. Results ①Muc - 1 gene were positively expressed in 19 of 36 (52.7%) cases of NSCLC. ② The expression of Muc - 1 mRNA in NSCLC tissues was significantly correlated with metastasis of lymph node( χ^2 = 10. 166 ,P 〈 0.05 ), but was not correlated with age, sex, histological types, TNM stages, or tumor size. ③Kaplan - Meier survival curve showed that survival of Muc - 1 mRNA positive patients was lower than that of Muc - 1 mRNA negative ones among 36 NSCLC patients( χ^2 = 10. 701 ,P 〈 0.01 )). Conclusion The lymph node is easily metastasized and the survival is low in NSCLC patients with positive Muc - 1 expression. Muc - 1 gene expression can predict the prognosis of NSCLC patients.
