摘要
不同发育时期小麦(Triticumaestivum)叶片细胞胞间连丝的超微结构不同,孕穗期小麦剑叶细胞的胞间连丝处于正常状态,直径约50nm。随着小麦抽穗、成熟,剑叶细胞的胞间连丝扩大,大分子有机物质,原生质团和降解的细胞器通过扩大的胞间连丝向贮藏器官转移,黄梢后期小麦剑叶细胞胞间连丝拓宽转化成约100nm的胞间通道。
Ultrastructural changes of plasmodesmata occur in along with growth,development and senescence of leaves of wheat.The plasmodesmata of leaf cells during boot stage are normal having a diameter of 50nm.With earing,ripening of wheat,the structure of plasmodesmata becomes enlarged.Thus,a large amount of degenerated material such as macromolecular organic substances,mass of protoplasm and disintegrated organelles is able to be transported rapidly to the metabolic sink by the enlarged plasmodesmata.Then,the intercellular channels are formated by plasmodesmal secondary modification.
