摘要
目的:探讨Ⅰ型与Ⅱ型精神分裂症患者的抽象和概括过程的差异。方法:对36例Ⅰ型精神分裂症与36例Ⅱ型精神分裂症患者进行阴性症状评定量表(SANS)、阳性症状评定量表(SAPS)评定,采用"第四例外测验"测量患者的抽象概括过程。结果:Ⅰ型精神分裂症SAPS评分显著高于Ⅱ型,Ⅱ型精神分裂症SANS评分显著高于Ⅰ型,在第四例外测验,Ⅰ型精神分裂症成绩显著高于Ⅱ型。结论:Ⅱ型精神分裂症抽象概括水平较低,倾向于脑器质性改变。
Objective ：To approach the difference in abstract and the summary course of between type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ schizophrenia. Methods：36 cases of type Ⅰ and 36 cases of type Ⅱ schizophrenia were evaluated by the Scale for Assessment of Negative Symptoms （SANS） and Scale for Assessment of Positive Symptoms （SAPS） and the course of examination with beyond fourth.Results ：The scores of SAPS in type Ⅰ schizophrenia was significantly higher than those in type Ⅱ schizophrenia, the scores of SANS in type Ⅱ schizophrenia was significantly higher than those in type Ⅰ schizophrenia,the efficacy of the examination with beyond foureh in type Ⅰ schizophrenia was significantly higher than those in type Ⅱ schizophrenia.Conclusion：The outcome of abstract and the summary course in type Ⅱ schizophrenia is lower with a tendency to brain abnormal structural change.
